JimQuessenberry.com wants you to love your barbecue products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to know why — so we can do better — and work with you until you're happy with your shopping experience.
Damaged or Lost in Shipping
We'll provide an item of equal value to you if the original was broken, damaged, or lost during shipping. Just email us with your order number and (if applicable) a photo of the damage. No need to return the broken bottle — we'll send a replacement out the door.
Returns
If you want to return an item, please contact us for authorization first. This lets us track the return and give you feedback on what went wrong.
Only unopened bottles can be returned for a refund. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the unopened product, we'll process a refund for the product cost.
Opened Bottles
Opened bottles can't be returned for a cash refund — but if you're not happy with the product itself, tell us. Genuinely. We make this stuff in small batches and we want every bottle to be right. If something tastes off, if a lid was loose, if anything is wrong, we'll work with you on a replacement, store credit, or whatever makes the situation right.
