Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping isn't available right now, but we're working on it. If you're outside the United States and want our products, drop us a line — we'll see what we can figure out.

How Long It Takes

Pre-orders are open now. Pre-orders are open now through Monday, July 13, 2026 while supplies last. Fulfillment begins Tuesday, July 14, 2026. All packages ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Sauce, rub, and combo orders ship from Arkansas on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. After fulfillment begins Tuesday, July 14, 2026, your order goes out on the next available ship day.

Fulfillment begins Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Ships on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once your package is on the truck, most U.S. addresses receive it in 3–5 business days via standard ground shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Sauce and rub are heavy, so we'll be straight with you: shipping a single bottle costs almost as much as shipping four. If you're going to order, order enough to make the trip worth it.

Tracking Your Order

You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information when it ships. If you don't see them, check your spam folder before emailing us — they sometimes end up there.

If Something Goes Wrong

Glass bottles in cardboard boxes occasionally don't survive the journey. If your order arrives broken, leaking, or damaged in any way, just email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement out the door — no return required.

Returns

If you want to return an unopened bottle for any reason, contact us within 30 days for a return authorization. You'll be responsible for return shipping, and we'll refund the product cost once we receive it.

Opened bottles can't be returned for refund — but if you're not happy with the product, tell us why. We'll work with you. The goal is for you to love what's in the bottle. If you don't, we want to know so we can do better.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, give it 24 hours (it sometimes shows up the next day) and then contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
