Take our Original Sauce Beautiful, hand it a lit match, and back away slowly. The Hot version is built on the same championship tomato-based recipe, but with a serious bump in heat from cayenne and chilies. It’s spicy enough to make your eyes water a little, but the flavor never takes a back seat to the burn — you still get that sweet-tangy-smoky thing we’re known for, just with teeth.
This is the sauce you reach for when you want your ribs to fight back a little. Glaze pork ribs, slather on hot wings, dunk burnt ends, stir it into chili, or spike your bloody mary with it. It’s also dangerously good brushed on a smoked sausage or a thick pork chop.
