Whit Smith is the public face of Birdeye Farms — sixth generation on the Smith plantation, growing fruit, vegetables, herbs, and animals on low-till, bio-intensive ground established in 2018 at 10 CR 334. That is the 1903 house tract. It is not Birdeye Angus Farms.
